Egg Donation
When a female’s egg reserve is diminished due to advancing age and menopause, along with IVF, they may use a donor’s egg to be combined with the sperm.

Sperm Donation
Males who have low sperm count, low motility of sperm, and irregular morphology may use an anonymous sperm donor to combine it with the egg.

Embryo Donation
A fertilized embryo from a male and female donor’s reproductive cells are placed inside the female’s uterus for a regular pregnancy to proceed.

IVF
A male’s sperm and a female’s egg is combined in a lab outside of the body. The fertilized egg is placed inside the female’s uterus, once an embryo forms.

Gender Selection
A couple is able to choose the sex of their baby through Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis and other technologies conducted in a lab under a microscope.

Surrogacy
An official arrangement allows for another person to carry the child of a couple after their egg and sperm is collected and combined.

Cytoplasmic Transfer
A cell’s cytoplasm is transferred from one cell to another, to achieve higher fertilization rates for individuals who have low egg quality.
